5880-IH

The Tesec 5880-IH is a Lead Frame Strip Handling (LFSH) system that provides a solution for testing devices in strip without singulation. Expanding upon the precision alignment, positioning, and height compensation capabilities proven in previous models, the 5880-IH delivers enhanced performance. With it’s high-load capacity and high-precision stage, simultaneous multi-site testing with optimal contact stroke is realized. Performance is further enhanced with Tritemp testing capability. The Tesec 5880-IH significantly increases production capacity in the back-end test and inspection process, contributing to dramatic improvements in overall production efficiency.
